o Clinic, Call, or Both:
Operating Room - Inpatient & Outpatient
Call not required
o Schedule:
Orientation/proctoring will take one business day prior to first shift
Full time coverage needed
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (5 8's)
o EMR and Dictation Tools:
EPIC
o Case Logs:
75 patients within the last 12 months
o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
MI license only
