Job description
• Start Date: 3/9/2026n
• Schedule:n ○ Monday – Fridayn ○ 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8.5-hour day with lunch included)n• Call Requirements: None (no weekends)n• Facility Type: Surgery Centernn
Clinical Detailsn• Support Staff: Usually 2 CRNAs per day; occasionally 3 on some Wednesdays/Thursdays.n• EMR: HSTn• Case Mix:n ○ Ortho: Very heavy; blocks requiredn ○ Eyes: Mostly topical with light sedation; blocks only when neededn ○ Mixed Endo Cases: MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care)n ○ Pediatric ENT: Requires PALS certification; conservative approach; limited cases (1–2 per Tuesday)n ○ Total Joint Ortho / Shoulders: Starting Feb, 2nd & 4th Tuesday; volume TBDn
nnPatient Safety & Requirementsn• Thorough pre-op assessment (PAT) for all patientsn• Pediatric ENT restrictions: no tonsils under 3, no sleep apnea casesn• Eye cases rarely need full blocksnn
