JOB OVERVIEW
Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time (0.8 FTE and above)
On-Call Expectations: 1 weekend/month
PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
Patient Demographics: Adult
Consults & Follow-Ups: As needed
Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: OR, GI, Cath Lab, IR anesthesia
FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
Beds in Department/Unit: 400-bed regional hospital
Specialty Backup: Full surgical and procedural support
Leadership & Reporting Structure: Over 25 years in system with excellent interdepartmental collaboration
Reason for Opening: Increased clinical volume
CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
Board Requirements: Certified and licensed CRNA
COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS
Student Loan Repayment: PSLF-eligible
ST/LT Disability available

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Open to experienced or early-career CRNAs
Additional Requirements: Competency in hospital anesthesia settings
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver anesthesia care in ORs, GI, Cath Lab, and IR
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
Collaborate with surgeons and fellow anesthesia providers
Promote safety and quality in anesthesia delivery
