CRNA Opportunity Myrtle Beach Area (Permanent Staff Position)Palm Health Resources is seeking a full-time CRNA for a new outpatient surgery center in the Myrtle Beach area that opened in 2025. This is a rare chance to join a growing practice with a predictable schedule, no call, and excellent compensation with multiple sign-on bonus options.
Position Highlights:Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday (80 hrs bi-weekly)
Shift: 8-hour days; arrive 6:30a, first case 7:00a, finish 3:00p
Call: No call required
Model: Medically directed ACT with anesthesiologist on-site
Cases: Outpatient procedures General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, Urology, Podiatry, Endoscopy, and more
