Qualifications:
Qualifications (Minimum and preferred):
Years of Experience: Relevant anesthesia experience preferred.
Education: Completion of an accredited nurse anesthetist program.
Licenses: Oregon CRNA licensure or eligibility.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
Personality factors: Adaptable, team‑focused, and passionate about rural healthcare.
Systems used: Epic EMR.
Ideal Candidate Features: A motivated team player with ties to the region or a desire to work in a small, vibrant community.
