The facility operates under a physician supervision model and seeks locum tenens CRNA coverage to address current staffing needs. The clinical environment supports a diverse and high-acuity surgical case mix.

The state features coastal experiences along the Atlantic shoreline, including dolphin-spotting tours and sunset cruises, as well as historic estates such as the du Pont mansion at Nemours and the Winterthur Museum and Gardens. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts, on a full-time schedule of 5x8-hour shifts per week. The surgical case mix includes cardiac, thoracic, general surgery, orthopedic, OB, GYN, ENT, urology, endoscopy, neuro, vascular, plastics, pediatrics, and podiatry procedures. Call coverage is required for all clinicians in this role.
