This critical access hospital is in expansion mode and needs YOU. This is a work/life balance DREAM in a growing community. Come join a well‑established multi‑specialty team offering full‑spectrum care with on site Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Surgical Sub‑specialties, etc.
The ideal candidate is a Board Certified CRNA – practicing providers and new grads are welcome to apply.
Base Salary of $320k
Schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off
1:4 Call Schedule
Incentive and relocation bonuses
