Job description
Advocate Health is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our anesthesia team at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, Wisconsin. The role features a $100,000 sign-on bonus, a competitive hourly pay range, and no call, weekends, or holiday coverage.
Enjoy 30 days of PTO, 40 hours of CME, and a $2,250 annual CME allowance with opportunities to rotate through multiple ASC locations. This position operates under the ACT Practice Model and offers premium pay beyond base rates.
