Job description
Envision is seeking a CRNA to join the team at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital on Florida's Emerald Coast. This NO-CALL, day-based role offers a predictable schedule with no nights and a workload with no surprises.
The position includes a 26 weekends and 3 holidays commitment, ten 12-hour weekday shifts monthly, and a $100,000 starting bonus, plus relocation/licensure support and a strong benefits package.
