JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Specialty: CRNA - General Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Marietta, Belpre, Athens & Selby, OH Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: ASAP Ongoing Clinical Shift Schedule: One provider: 4 10-hour shifts/week; Two providers: 3 12-hour shifts/week Reason for Coverage: Extra Volume PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 1 FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: MediTech PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Providers Needed: 3 Will Accept Multiple Providers: Yes Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days Trauma Level: III PED Level: II Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes REQUIRED PROCEDURES General Anesthesia Adult Spinal Anesthesia Epidural Anesthesia Regional Anesthesia Surgery Obstetrical Cases Neurosurgical cases (Head, Spine) Complex vascular cases (except open heart) Complex orthopedic cases Pain management techniques (Epidural steroid for Lumbar, Epidural steroid for Cervical, Transforaminal, Lumbar, Cervical Ventilation management Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues Central Line placement Arterial Line placement Preferred Pediatric Neonatal Trauma Open Heart Anesthesia Thoracic cases (except open heart) Post-op epidural Post-op extremity blocks Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks PA Catheter placement JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC required Eligible Licenses: Licensed in OH Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
