Overview
CRNA Only – 12s & No Call – 30 Minutes to Lake Charles – To $320K & $75K Bonus
Practice independently in a CRNA-only model at a small hospital just 30 minutes from Lake Charles. This position features a weekday schedule of 12-hour shifts, with no required call and the option to pick up additional shifts at nearby facilities for extra income. Most CRNAs here average $280K–$300K annually, while top earners reach $320K with optional call.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to $320,000 per year
$75,000 sign-on bonus

Total retirement up to 6%
8 weeks off annually

Moonlighting options in trauma, OB, or neuro at nearby hospitals
Responsibilities
