Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time Anesthesiology opportunity in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role offers a collaborative anesthesia care team model, a broad high-acuity case mix, strong compensation, and excellent work-life balance with no obstetric or pediatric cases.
Perks & Benefits Estimated base salary range $215,000-$235,000 annually

$100,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment
$7,500 cardiac stipend

Diverse case mix including cardiac, thoracic, vascular, orthopedics, minimal neuro, spine, ENT, urology, plastics, gastroenterology, cardiology, and special procedures
No obstetric cases
No pediatric cases
Cardiac mentorship available for providers interested in growing in that area
High level of autonomy with strong clinical support
CRNA certification required
Florida license required or ability to obtain
