Types of Cases: general and colorectal, OB&GYN, URO, Orthopedics, Cataracts, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE and GI
Supervision or independent: Supervision ratio is 1/2.5
Specific requirements/restrictions: No Providers that live within 60 miles
