Finger Lakes Health in the Finger Lakes region seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team delivering anesthesia care in a community hospital setting.
The position offers competitive compensation starting at $260,000, no on-call requirements, and support for new graduates (2025–2026). A $2,000 referral bonus is available to current staff who refer successful candidates.
