Highlights of the Position
Opportunities to choose from multiple settings, support a wide variety of hospital surgical services, and practice within the full scope of the CRNA skillset
Wide variety of work shifts available, prioritizing professional and personal needs
Practice opportunities ranging from Level I trauma to the community hospital setting
Teaching opportunities with SRNAs, along with mentorship available with senior staff to support transition
All practice settings are in safe communities with strong family values and close proximity to the beautiful Finger Lakes Region
Locations: Robert Packer Hospital (Sayre, PA); Guthrie Corning Hospital (Corning, NY); Guthrie Cortland Medical Center (Cortland, NY)
Compensation and Benefits
Annual base compensation $291,200 - $332,800 with rapid advancement and yearly increases for new graduates to reward professional growth
Ample overtime opportunities, if desired, to supplement income
Flexible starting bonus of up to $100K with 3-year commitment
Full benefits, progressive PTO, 403(b) and 457(b) retirement, FSA/HSA, and CME allowance
Licensure fees and renewals reimbursed
