Target start: Oct 5-9, Oct 14. Nov 25-27, Dec 21, Dec 28-Jan 1
Shifts available: 7a-3p
Supervision or independent: Supervision: All CRNA practice
Types of Cases: ENDO, podiatry, General, ORTHO, Urology
Specific requirements/restrictions: Must be proficient in epidurals, spinals and blocks. show proof in Caselogs; Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions; as of 4/26 - DEA is now required in all OH sites
