Southwoods Health has immediate openings for Full-Time and Part-Time CRNAs and CAAs to join our premier surgical team. Whether joining as a CRNA or a CAA , you will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality anesthesia care:Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive pre-operative evaluations and assist in selecting anesthetic plans.
Anesthesia Administration: Safely administer anesthetics and perform essential procedures (IV insertion, intubation, airway management).
Intraoperative Management: Monitor and interpret patient data across all age groups to protect vital organ functions.
Patient Recovery: Conduct thorough post-operative evaluations and monitor patient recovery.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain anesthesia equipment in peak condition and ensure meticulous accounting of controlled substances.
Qualifications:
For CRNAs:
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
For CAAs:
Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA).
Must hold or be eligible for a license to practice in the State of Ohio.
Requirements for Both:
Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
AHA PALS certification is highly preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to a collaborative team environment.
