Job description
GitLab seeks a Chief of Staff to the CRO to act as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the revenue leadership team. You will drive operational excellence, orchestrate high-impact initiatives, and own key CRO initiatives and communications programs.
You will translate vision into action at the executive level while maintaining agility in a high-growth environment, partnering with the CEO and senior leaders globally. This remote role offers broad visibility and growth paths.
