Crop Care WorkersBackyard Farms, located in Madison, ME is a 42-acre greenhouse, that we like to think of as one big backyard garden! Our spacious facility grows tomatoes year-round. We are seeking Crop Care Workers who will garden our produce to ensure it meets the highest level of quality and efficiency for our valued customers.Full-Time Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm; Monday – Friday; Some weekend hours are required, fluctuating hours and schedule subject to the crop demands$15.10/hr.Primary Responsibilities:Garden, pick and process tomatoes in our greenhouse environment. Training is provided and on-going.Ability to work flexible hours when needed to finish work in periods of fast growth and highMay operate a trolley to reach produce that can go as high as 20' in the air.Handle equipment and tools with care and respect.
