The Cross-Industry Community Navigator is the welcoming face of The Quantum Coalition Network, helping new and prospective members understand how to plug into our cross-industry ecosystem. This role focuses on creating a warm, informed, and seamless first experience for everyone entering QCN.
Responsibilities
Greet and onboard new members through email, virtual calls, or community platform messages.
Clearly explain QCN’s mission, pillars, and membership options, and help members choose the best fit.
Host or support monthly “Welcome to QCN” virtual sessions and small-group introductions.
Answer basic questions about programs, events, and membership, and route complex questions to staff.
Capture feedback from new members about their onboarding experience and share insights with leadership.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with diverse professionals.
Ability to clearly explain concepts and walk someone through options.
Organized and reliable, with timely follow‑through on messages and commitments.
Experience in customer success, community management, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
Other Details
Time commitment: Approximately 3–5 hours per month.
Ideal for volunteers who love connecting people and making others feel seen and supported.
Can be performed fully remote with occasional live support for virtual events.
