Job description
Jacobs is seeking a Cross-Market Proposal Manager to lead strategic proposals and presentations across Transportation, Water, and Cities & Places markets in the Southeast. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and technical professionals to shape winning strategies that position teams and clients for success.
In this role, you’ll manage the development of compliant, compelling proposals, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure alignment with Jacobs’ brand and pursuit processes.
