Job Summary And Qualifications
Position Summary: This position is responsible for solid to expert knowledge of all endovascular imaging guidance during endovascular procedures. Communicates and works independently in performing all procedures on customers ranging in age from newborn to late adulthood. Prioritizes, provides, and promotes quality patient care to support the Mission, Vision, and Values of HCA HealthONE. Maintains and supports facility technical and documentation expectations consistent with JCAHO regulations and standards. Positively reflects concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, and employees. Demonstrates independent critical thinking skills to assume accountability for personal and team contributions.
Position Requirements
Registered technologist with current certification by ARRT (R) or RCIS and CE compliance.
Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC.
Graduate of AMA approved school of radiologic technology.
2 year previous diagnostic experience in acute care facility desirable.
Familiar with the majority of diagnostic radiology procedures. High degree of manual, mental and dexterity skills necessary for operation of equipment and patient care. Capable of applying technical skills to all ages of patients.
Able to work independently.
