MLR is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our client's renowned healthcare team near Swisshome, Oregon!
Key Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist:
Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with varying respiratory conditions.
Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and airway management.
Perform assessments to evaluate the patient's respiratory status and develop personalized care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Oregon Respiratory Therapist (RT) license.
Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program required.
BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a clinical setting preferred. New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
