Job description
Collabera is seeking a Scientist to develop robust automation workflows for cryogenic electron microscopy (cryoEM) data processing, reporting, and scientific decision support.
This scientist will combine practical understanding of structural biology and cryoEM workflows with strong computational skills to leverage AI to reduce manual documentation, improve data traceability, and create standardized, reusable analysis tools.
