Job description
TRM Labs is seeking a Sales Account Director for crypto-first businesses to lead go-to-market strategy and own the full sales process from prospecting to closing. You’ll navigate both six-figure deals and fast-moving transactions, leveraging deep knowledge of crypto ecosystems and regulatory familiarity.
In this role you’ll build campaigns, tailor proposals, manage a robust pipeline, and partner with product and compliance teams.
