Job description
CSP Technician LeadLeads and directs the work activities of the CSP Technicians related to CSP activities of specific services and programs. Assists supervisor with training employees. Receives, identifies, disassembles, decontaminates, inspects, assembles, sterilizes and distributes where applicable all reusable instruments and patient care equipment.EducationHigh School Diploma or Equivalent RequiredExperience2 years experience in decontamination and sterilization of supplies, surgical instruments and equipment. Required2 years experience in a specific area of focus including but not limited to Surgical Instrumentation, Information Management, or Department Inventory Control. PreferredLicensesCert Reg Central Service Tech Required or Cert SPD Technician Required
