Excellent Benefits PackageWhat You'll DoAs a CSR / Order Entry Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from quote request through order fulfillment.ResponsibilitiesEnter and process customer orders accurately using ERP and CRM systems.Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure on-time delivery.Provide customers with order updates, shipping information, and tracking details.Assist with quote preparation and order management activities.Manage customer inventory requirements and order replenishment needs.Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.Monitor open orders and proactively communicate potential delays.Review pricing and order requirements to ensure accuracy and profitability.Assist with Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and customer issue resolution.Maintain accurate records and customer information within company systems.

Requirements:

Required--High School Diploma or GED.Strong customer service and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Preferred--2+ years of Customer Service, Order Entry, Inside Sales, or administrative experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience using ERP systems, CRM software, or order management systems.Experience reading manufacturing drawings or technical documentation.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.What Makes you SuccessfulYou are:?
