When you join RadNet as a CT Technologist , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.

Monitor patient’s well‑being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.

Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.

Guide patients through this sometimes‑difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.

Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

Demonstrate competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.

Safeguard any on‑site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.

Demonstrate respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.

Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.

Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.

Demonstrate ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.

Demonstrate ability to establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

You Are:

Genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations

Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues

Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

State regulations may necessitate the following certifications: state licensure, ARRT (R), and/or ARRT (CT)

BLS certification depending on state regulations

At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred!
