Job description
CT Tech / CT Technologist - $10k Bonus Offered How you ll contribute A Cat Scan (CT) Technician who excels in this role:
Reviews patient history and physician's orders.
Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment, and exam to ensure patients understanding and cooperation.
Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice when ordered.
Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.
Prepares equipment and supplies.
Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment.
Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary.
Positions patient and performs imaging procedure(s).
Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results.
Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patient and repeating procedure.
Enters, transmits, and reports scan results.
On-Call Requirement: Must accept on-call assignments for scheduled shifts and be available to report to the facility within 30 minutes of notification.

What we re looking for Applicants should have an associate or bachelor s degree in radiologic sciences. Additional requirements include:
License/Certifications:
ARRT Radiography required.
ARRT CT or CT eligible required.
NM license in Radiography required.
NM license in CT or CT Provisional required.
BLS required.
