Role Overview
This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as CT, with a focus on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently, and may handle on-call, portable exams, and various site-specific tasks.

The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently, and may handle on-call, portable exams, and various site-specific tasks.
Responsibilities Include
Preparing patients and equipment for procedures
Executing studies accurately and independently
Ensuring quality control and safety standards
Qualifications
Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency
Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT
Licenses such as IEMA (Illinois), ARRT, RCIS, or RCES preferred
Experience & Skills
Experience in CT, radiology, or related imaging fields is desirable, with a preference for at least 2 years
Knowledge of advanced imaging modalities and safety protocols
Strong technical and patient care skills
Additional Details
Work on day shifts four days a week, with no call requirements
