Role:
Lead CT Technologist
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily CT operations, perform and coordinate high-quality CT exams, ensure compliance with safety and radiation protocols, collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and physicians for accurate diagnosis and patient care, mentor technologists, manage workflow and scheduling, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement best practices and quality improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of CT imaging, safety protocols, and radiation safety; leadership and mentoring abilities; excellent teamwork and communication skills; troubleshooting expertise; commitment to patient-centered care and quality standards.
