Welcome to the CT Technologist - Non Registered position at HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball.
Job Summary
As a CT Technologist, you will provide computed tomographic radiographs to patients following physicians’ orders. You will prepare patients for CT exams, explain procedures, and ensure technical quality.
What You Will Do
Prepare patients for CT exams, explain procedures, and ensure technical quality.
Promote individual professional growth and development by meeting mandatory/continuing education requirements.
Apply knowledge of medical terminology for accurate work within the Imaging Department.
Work as a team player and meet the needs of the Imaging Department.
Qualifications
Associate Degree, Diploma or BSRT degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
Current licensure by the Texas Department of Health as an MRT/TMB license is required.
Current registration with ARRT(R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) is required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification is required.
