With multiple locations throughout the greater Jacksonville area and more than 27 providers, we deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of urology, from minimally invasive procedures to complex surgery and oncology.
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-centered CT Technologist to join our perioperative team in a busy office-based urology surgery center on a PRN basis.
Essential Job Functions
Perform CT scans and other imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols
Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
Prepare and position patients for scanning, explaining the process to alleviate patient concerns
Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures
Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines
Inspect and maintain imaging equipment
Assist radiologists with image guided procedures
Collaborate with radiology staff and other healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care
Requirements
Prior customer service experience in a healthcare setting
Prior scheduling experience in a medical office setting
Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service with a patient-care focus
Excellent communications skills, both verbally and in writing
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationComputer proficiency
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience
Medical Office: 1+ years (Required)
Customer Service: 1+ years (Required)
Computer Skills: 3+ years (Preferred)
