CT Technologist Ohio (10 Openings)
Facility: Hospital based CT department within a major regional healthcare system.
Shift: Multiple full time schedules available: 7:30 AM 6 PM 9 AM 7:30 PM 10:30 AM 9 PM 12:30 PM 11 PM 2:30 PM 1 AM Additional shift options may be available upon request.
Job Summary: This role performs high quality CT imaging across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. Responsibilities include greeting and identifying patients, reviewing orders and histories, explaining procedures, positioning patients, scanning according to protocol, and producing diagnostic images within quality standards. The technologist administers contrast media, reconciles medications, documents appropriately, and assists physicians during invasive procedures. Additional duties include equipment QA, radiation safety compliance, maintaining work area cleanliness, supporting other modalities, and ensuring safe patient movement. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for interacting with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
Requirements: Graduation from an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT certification required Ohio Radiographer license required BLS (AHA) required Knowledge of medical terminology, sterile technique, patient positioning, and CT equipment Minimum 2 years of CT experience preferred Experience with Phillips CT, Bracco injector, EPIC, McKesson PACS preferred Ability to perform cardiac, TAVR, CTA, stroke, HD, CAP, and spine CT exams
