Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a CT Technologist responsible for performing CT examinations based on physician orders, utilizing advanced imaging equipment, and ensuring patient-specific needs are met to produce high-quality images. This role involves applying professional knowledge to optimize imaging techniques and support patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct CT scans, follow safety protocols, and adapt procedures for individual patient requirements. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver accurate diagnostic images and maintain equipment. Provide exceptional patient care and ensure compliance with licensing and certification standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Relevant education meeting licensing, certification, or registration requirements
Certification in BLS (American Heart Association) upon hire
Oregon Medical Imaging License upon hire
Registered Technologist in Radiography or Nuclear Medicine upon hire
Within one year, obtain CT-specific certification (ARRT or NBTC)
