Description
CT Technologist (Per Diem/PRN)
PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center | Vancouver, WA | Level II Trauma Center
Variable Shifts
$46.99-$69.98/hr (+15% differential in lieu of benefits)
Trauma Center Challenge. Outpatient Variety. One Campus.
Most CT technologists eventually find themselves choosing between two worlds.
The hospital offers the complexity. Trauma activations. Stroke alerts. Challenging cases that keep your skills sharp.
The outpatient setting offers a different experience. Scheduled patients. Variety. Different workflows. More opportunities to build relationships and support patients through their imaging journey.
This role gives you both.
At PeaceHealth Southwest, your schedule may include shifts in our Level II Trauma Center and shifts in our outpatient imaging center located on the same campus. No driving across town. No learning a completely different culture. No splitting your life between multiple employers.
Just a short walk.
One team. One campus. Two very different imaging environments.
For experienced CT technologists, that kind of variety is rare.
One day, you may be supporting acute stroke imaging, cardiac studies, and trauma patients where every minute matters. Another day, you may be caring for outpatient patients in a setting that offers a different pace and a different kind of patient interaction.
The result is a role that stays interesting.
You'll work with five CT scanners , utilizing Siemens and GE technology that helps support exceptional patient care and image quality.
Just as importantly, you'll be part of a Person-First, Value-Driven, and Highly Trusted organization where caregivers are supported with the same compassion and respect that patients receive. The people here genuinely care about one another, and that makes a difference when you come to work.
Why You'll Love This Role
Experience both hospital and outpatient CT without commuting between locations.
Stay engaged with complex trauma, stroke, neuro, and cardiac imaging in a Level II Trauma Center.
Enjoy greater variety in your work environment, patient population, and daily workflow.
Work with newer Siemens and GE CT technology across five scanners.
Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum availability of just four shifts per month.
