Job description
OhioHealth is seeking a CT Team Leader to oversee daily CT imaging operations and support a high-performing radiology team. In this leadership role, you will coordinate schedules, assign workloads, and ensure high-quality CT scans that meet safety and regulatory standards. You will mentor technologists, assist with complex exams, and collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care. The CT Team Leader also monitors equipment performance, supports quality improvement initiatives, and models OhioHealth’s values of compassion, inclusion, and continuous learning while helping drive best practices across the department.
