Job description
Seeking a Full-Time CT Technologist with weekend options and mid-shift hours to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities, primarily CT, in a leading hospital setting. This position involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, and ensuring quality control. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and 50% weekend premium pay. It is a 36-hour/week full-time position, with no call requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate degree or higher in a related field
Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT
Preferred experience in CT, RT, X-ray, Radiology, or Medical Imaging, with at least 2 years being ideal
Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
Additional certifications like CPR and Intravenous Therapy are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures
Perform studies independently, including on-call, portable exams, and in various clinical settings
Maintain quality control and adhere to safety protocols
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in advanced imaging modalities, certified, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
