Job description
THRIVE Wellness and Recovery, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts to lead CTI services for adults with serious mental illness in New York. You will plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise CTI activities, oversee staff, caseloads, and collaboration with hospitals to ensure continuum of care.
The role includes on-call duties, regular team meetings, documentation quality, and program fidelity within a grant cycle, serving up to 30 clients with a focus on community integration.
