Job description
Main Street Direct is seeking a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts to lead the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) program for adults with serious mental illness in NY. The LPHA will supervise CTI staff, coordinate hospital and community-based services, and ensure adherence to CTI guidance and regulatory requirements.
