Job description
Northwell Health in New York is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform age-specific care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and health team members, coordinate procedures, and lead the patient care unit team.
Responsibilities include thorough patient assessment, care planning, documentation, and discharge planning. Must have NY RN license, ICU experience preferred, and BSN or progress toward BSN is desirable.
