Palomar is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to guide the R&D team and partner with the CIO on the technical strategy. You will oversee Development, QA, and near-shore teams, manage the R&D budget, and drive Agile processes across a growing insurance tech landscape.
The role requires leading AI adoption, defining a technology roadmap, and communicating with the executive team. A strong leadership track record and cloud/microservices experience are essential.
