About the Role:
We’re hiring a CTV & Programmatic Media Buyer to manage and scale performance-focused television and streaming campaigns across several consumer verticals, with a primary emphasis on Final Expense insurance. You’ll oversee the entire media buying process, including channel strategy, audience development, campaign setup, optimization, and creative planning, with the goal of generating qualified inbound calls through effective direct-response video advertising.
You should bring strong experience in programmatic and connected TV buying and be comfortable working across multiple CTV and OTT platforms. You’ll use campaign data to continuously improve audience selection, creative direction, and budget allocation. Success in this role will be measured by tangible acquisition outcomes such as cost per qualified call, lead quality, and conversion performance rather than top-line reach or impression volume.
Core Tasks:
Plan, launch, and manage CTV/programmatic campaigns across platforms like Roku, DSPs, and more, ensuring efficient spend allocation across audiences and creatives
Ideate, script, and help produce high-intent, direct-response video ad creative designed to drive inbound calls
Analyze campaign performance (spend, calls, CPA, conversion/revenue) and translate insights into optimization decisions
Partner with call tracking and attribution teams (e.g., Ringba) to tie ad spend directly to call volume and closed-policy outcomes
Test and iterate on creative, audience segments, dayparting, and publisher mix to continuously improve CPA
Stay current on CTV/programmatic ad tech trends, inventory options, and buying best practices
Must Haves:
3-5 years media buying experience in CTV/OTT and programmatic media buying, ideally in a direct-response or lead-gen environment
Strong understanding of video ad creative — what drives response, how to script for intent, and how to iterate based on performance
Experience with call tracking/attribution platforms and reading CPA/ROAS-style reporting
Analytical mindset — comfortable in spreadsheets and reporting tools, translating data into action
Excellent (C-level) English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work full-time CST or EST-aligned hours
Nice to Haves:
CTV experience in the insurance lead gen space (Final Expense, Medicare, etc.)
