Job description
Job requirements:
Must be 18 years old or older
High school diploma
Must pass a criminal background check
Must obtain CPR & First Aid
Must have a physician’s report and T.B. test/chest x-ray within 10 days upon hire date
*$79 fingerprint for Community Care Licensing
Must be fully vaccinated with booster / pending booster to be received, must show proof
Experience recommended. If no experience, we can train you.
Required: fully vaccinated with booster(s)
Job duties:
Assisted Daily Living Personal hygiene
Bathing, grooming, oral and hair care
Continence management (diaper change / toileting)
Dressing
Feeding
Preparing meals
Cleaning facility
Documentation
Behavior management
Aware of regulations / rules
Shifts available:
FULL TIME OR PART-TIME
DAY SHIFT (6am-2:30pm / 2:30pm-10pm)
AWAKE NIGHT SHIFT (10pm-6am)
