Job description
Okemo Mountain Resort seeks a Culinary Assistant Manager for winter seasonal operations. You will lead the kitchen alongside the Restaurant General Manager, driving food quality, safety, and guest experience while ensuring efficient administrative workflows.
The role requires 3+ years in a kitchen, 1+ year of supervision, ServSafe or regional certification, and strong English communication. Housing is available; this is a winter seasonal position with competitive compensation.
