Job description
Whispering Oak Place in Minnesota is seeking a Culinary Director / Culinary Manager to lead our dining team, design therapeutic menus, manage budgets, and ensure peak food quality and safety for residents. This role blends hospitality, nutrition, and compassionate service.
You will coach cooks and aides, partner with the Registered Dietitian, and drive a positive kitchen culture while delivering timely, beautifully presented meals that meet residents' needs and regulatory standards.
