Bloomingdale’s Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Culinary to lead kitchen operations across our national owned restaurant portfolio.
This executive will drive culinary strategies, menu development, procurement, cost control, food safety, team development, and training to elevate the Bloomingdale’s Food & Beverage brand. The role requires proven leadership with multi-unit restaurant experience, strong P&L management, and deep knowledge of current food trends.
