Hillstone Restaurant Group in California is seeking a Culinary Manager to lead a fast-paced kitchen, uphold culinary excellence and ensure smooth operations across all stations.
The role requires strong leadership, deep culinary techniques, and a solid grasp of budgeting, costs, and inventory. You will collaborate with the management team to maintain the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
Newly selected managers will receive 8 weeks of rotational training on-site.
