Job description
Wow Bao in Forest City, NC is seeking a Culinary R&D/Production Chef for our brand-new food manufacturing plant. You will split time between culinary innovation and scalable operations, reporting to the VP of Culinary.
You will test new recipes, refine existing products for taste, safety, and manufacturability, and partner with operations to optimize production flow, lean practices, and quality standards. Some travel to co-packer facilities is required.
