Job description
Winston is seeking an experienced R&D Culinary Technologist to own how Winston equipment is tested, validated, and proven in commercial kitchen settings.
In this role, you will lead structured food and operational testing, document results for cross-functional teams, and support engineering, sales, and marketing with validated performance data. Office-based role with occasional field demonstrations and on-site customer testing.
